as a demon, argus found it hard to fit into the earthen world at first. he studied their cultures hard, taking in every detail. in his earthen form, argus is blind (his demon form is not a physical entity). he possesses great psychic power, stemming from his magical origin. because of that, he became an inventor, using the power to create various machines and contraptions. he enjoys the cool feel of metal. argus has various decorative canes, but he also has one for everyday use. he ended up owning a bar for demons, which was passed down to his close friend cardinal.
argus is married to cory, a demon who rules over the mind, and has a child named vendel. he loves his family dearly and would do anything to protect them, though his rage is blinding. argus is often formal and blunt and has trouble being tactful. when argus first met vladimir, he disliked him greatly. now the two are on good terms, even spending time with one another in public. vlad is "interesting".
it took a good while, but argus has (mostly) mastered the english language as well as braille. cardinal was, surprisingly, the biggest supporter of his learning. he got braille labels for everything in the bar to help with everyday use, though argus found it a bit excessive, even for cardi. in the end, he preferred books, though he did appreciate the labels on the various drinks. currently, argus is a stay-home dad (with a bit of tinkering on the side).
