Rage is a proud and happy member of Ecxcabre's little community of outcast, odd members of society in the Oceandome. In fact, he was the first member. The electrically-charged dog is always jumping between villagers, asking what everyone needs before he bolts out on his next trip to the open oceans, This need to provide is mostly born from his paranoid mental disorder, but he uses it to his and the community's advantage and keeps every stock and supply closet filled. His unnatural speed lends him the ability to bolt around without tiring.

He and Mizho, however, have an interesting relationship. Xey prefer to get materials for xeir potions on xeir own, but Rage often happily tags along and xey, shockingly, welcome his company. He also appears to have become a messenger of sort for xem, bringing xem commissions from customers too afraid of xem to ask themselves.

Despite his outwardly constant cheer, he has a temper to be afraid of. If anyone were to harm anyone within his adoptive family, a great hailing of lightning and wrath would cut the offender down before anyone could stop him.

He is, like the rest of the community, a shapeshifter. He has a much, much larger form that he takes when he goes out to gather materials. It's huge and more dexterous than it appears. He has a custom made harness to carry all of his day's gathering back to his family.
