Villager: Martin

"Thank you very much, sir." She gave Martin a box and a book. "You're a good person, and deserve a gift." The cat smiled.

"Why thank you honey! That will do my a lot of good!" (Aww thank you so much! Love this guys paintie ^^)

A strange cat comes from behind the front counter in Ivan's clinic, holding a rolled up paper in her mouth, it oddly not burning despite the cat looking to be made out of lava. "Ivan is busy right now unless you need medical attention.", the seemingly pre-written note reads. Tiki rubs against Martin's legs, weaving in and out between them while purring and mewing happily, presumably as a thank you for the delivery!

"Oh! Why thank you, friend Martin. Our household goes through these fast as--well, chocolate, as it were. Always a pleasure seeing you around, Martin. Good fortune and tidings on your kindly travels!" Taj kissed his cheek politely, gave an equally polite bow, and went off to hide the candies where a certain wickerbeast wouldn't find them.

(No problem! Thanks for all the gifts lately too haha)

A moment of hesitation before wrapping paws around to return the hug. "Uhm....thanks by the way...really."

(I wanted to draw a doodle of a hug but the struggle is real D: )

Adonis scrambles towards Martin, all the while cursing to himself that he needs to get out more.
"I just wanted to thank you for sending me those slabs!" His pet bat chirps in response and looks as if he has a smile on his face.

*garbled sounds that can only be taken as a thank you as he eats the candy*

Katsuya still appears to be confused by the gesture, "I don't think I've ever heard someone say that before..."
poor Katsuya has probably never been hugged before..or at least not that often.

"A-..a hug?" Katsuya looks surprised and a little confused at the thought of the gesture. "I don't understand...." his voice trails off quietly.
