Hoover grew up with Lexi. They wandered in from far away, doing odd jobs for people here and there to make a quick buck. Hoover is the more levelheaded of the two, but he will throw his own safety away at the drop of the hat if it means doing what's right. Hoover appears to be diurnal, but he actually has chronic insomnia and should really be asleep right now.
