Glitch does not have the ability to see or speak, and they get easily frightened. The way glitch does communicate is by watching television and saving the audio into their data base, then projects the audio into a sentence (Not a very clear one, though.)
Glitch wasn't always "glitch-y", they just ended up getting lost in game files, which resulted in corruption. They know they are existing in a game and do not actually exist, and will express so to other villagers. Comment with caution, they like to tell you the truth and a lot of it.
