Hei Ran is infected with Lycanthropy. Changes into a beastly monster after exposure to moonlight or especially frustrating board games. Howling at the moon relieves the symptoms for a little while, but use a Golden Apple for best results.

Necromancy is banned in many areas, so Hei Ran is used to being chased out of her homes. However the villagers of Eirun's Lake don't care about things like that. So long as your fellow villager's aren't bothered, you're free to do as you please.

Hei Ran happily joined this community and now uses her skills in necromancy to protect her fellow villagers and even bring in some income for them.

She often comes off as creepy, but she's really just looking for friends that aren't dead (not that her dead friends aren't nice to her already).
