What's that goopy mess sitting at the counter now? The locals here at this seaside tavern just call him Rusty, and honestly, no one knows what portion of the galaxy he even comes from. At first glance, one might think he's stuck in that ooze, but really, that orange stuff is actually his body and the robot pieces are just for show, mostly. Though, he has been known to plug himself into outlets on occasion...

Oh, but don't let his appearance fool you - he's actually a pretty swell guy and a fun conversationalist! So why not go greet him? Rusty tends to enjoy the arts and making things, so that's always a good topic to start with (though it gets him very chatty).
