Zi is the god of storms, snow, rain, lightning, physical and mental coldness, and just crappy weather in general. Zi doesn't interact with mortals as much as zir's brothers, preferring to stick to causing storms and watching over the world of Eabera.
Zir symbol is usually an owl, and it is believed that the owls are the mortal eyes and ears of The Grey King. For that reason, that is why owls are the only bird not considered primitive and inferior by the Raquodre (as they believe griffins are advanced birds).
