Dr. Swindle is the town's resident tailor, but his dubious medical background makes one wonder what he was stitching up before. Swindle claims he was a surgeon. He also regularly claims to have "lost" any evidence he went to medical school, his own birth certificate, and, when out to dinner with friends, his wallet. He often pushes the boundaries to figure out what he can get away with, to the point where he can get bored when life gets too easy.
Swindle is mischievous and gossipy, but selectively loyal. She'll gladly divulge an acquaintance's secrets, but never her own. Admittedly, her working memory issues means that sometimes she forgets who she's gossiped about - and that she actually lost that paperwork for real! It'll be a cold day in hell before she ever admits to her own weaknesses, however - Swindle is the type to arrive an hour early just to be in control of a situation.
Swindle is close friends with Sabbath, his platonic better (or worse) half. He had a romantic thing with Vincent in the past that he refuses to talk about. He can steamroll most people into giving him what he wants, with the exception of Tiffany, who sidesteps his need for drama with ease.
