~*As you quietly make your way through the foie, you eventually start to hear the commotion in the kitchen die down. Curiosity getting the better of you, you creep your way down one of the halls, slinking past corners until you emerged through one of the doorways in the back of the kitchen, next to the door leading out to the backyard. The kitchen itself seemed pretty standard and homely...well, aside from the absurd amount of western knick-knacks and wall hangings littering the space. Various smells seemed to linger across the room as well, the most overwhelming being some form of...chili...? It was hard to tell at the time, considering something else seemed to be mixing with it now...in eventual realization to this you soon started searching the room more intently in attempts to find the source, until your gaze finally fell to the kitchen's small windowsill. Various flowering potted plants and bundles of herbs cluttered it's surface, giving that corner of the kitchen it's own overpowering fragrance...but that wasn't what you were smelling. It was close, yes, but it smelt more like something was...burning. It wasn't until you suddenly eyed a large ceramic teapot, hidden behind most of the plants and with a steady stream of smoke floating up and out it's spout that you inched in for a closer look. At this point you were absolute in knowing this is where the smell was coming from, as the teapot practically reeked of sandalwood, lavender and rosemary incense. A faint glow was also radiating from underneath it's lid, urging you to quite suddenly lift it inquisitively. Inside was a small arrangement of furniture, slightly bigger than normal dollhouse furniture with a cleanly made bed dressed in simplistic floral bedding, a stove set with a tea light candle underneath it, and a desk set in front of a small window peering out into the larger kitchen window. A tiny incense burner, fragments of crystals, small bottles sealed with wax, stacks of worn journals all able to fit in someone's palm were set neatly on the desk, and a small knit rug lay draped across the pot's bottom. Something was obviously held up comfortably in here, but they didn't seem to be there at that moment. You gently set the teapot's lid back in it's place before glancing out the window. The fog was long gone at this point, promptly replaced by the light of a full moon cutting through the shade of a Dragonsmaw night. Nothing else could really be seen or heard, either, so you figured it was best to high-tail it now before someone caught you...essentially breaking and entering. You whipped briskly around to bee-line for the front door, but are quickly caught off guard as one of your limbs suddenly swept one out of the many things cluttering the windowsill from it's spot and to the floor; more specifically a large glass bottle of water. Quick as you could, you jumped forward and stretched your body out completely in any attempts to keep the bottle from shattering on the floor. And...somehow it worked. There you lay, stretched out across the cool tile floor with the bottle cradled in your grip. With an exasperated sigh you slowly worked your way up from the ground, looking over the bottle as you held it up to the moon shining through the window for any signs of damage. A series of twisting and spinning in your grasp later, and everything looked perfectly fine. You take the bottle by it's neck and go to set it back down on the windowsill before attempting to leave again...but something has your hand tethered to the glass. You look back down at the neck to see a bundle of shaking leaves desperately clasped to the bottle. After a moment or so a pair of wide eyes glanced up at you, following up with a quiet, trembling voice. "I-I...v-very much appreciate...y-you not d-dropping me there..." The leaves slowly began to unfurl, a pair of voluminous arms and legs emerging from the body of a small, fairy-like creature. -=TO BE FINISHED. :'D=-*~
