Personality: Sweet, caring, cute, acts 'naive' but is much wiser then others suspect. A large reason for her over-jubulance is due to the dictates of her goddess to spread joy and happiness - a task much easier with being overly bubbly then having a sourpuss.

She likes to smile and believes that with kindness and patience that anybody can be turned from evil to good.

A pacifist at heart, has only taken the life of an intelligent/living creature when she had no other choice. Instead she uses her skills at non-lethal combat to take down her foes.
She was born and raised on the upper planes (ie. one of the heavens) and due to it is rather naive about the mortal world.

In reverence of her nude goddess Eilistraee Phae'Shalee is nearly constantly nude save for a few bits of body decorations (jewelry, stockings, often gloves).
