Terms of Service Changes

We have altered our Terms of Service to clarify and address two points of concern raised to our support channels by players.
1) The Terms no longer forbid "exposed female nipples" and "exposed female breasts," but instead all exposed nipples and all exposed breasts.
2) Players hold the copyright to their user-submitted content (such as forum posts), and provide Furvilla with an industry-standard license to use that content to display it to other Furvilla players.
3) Furvilla owns the copyright to its bases, as well as all derivative works of them. However, players retain the copyright to their characters and designs.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope these changes address the concerns.
Can we draw nippleless breasts or do those still count as "exposed breasts"?

It's nice how on the ball you guys are in regards to the community. I saw both of these things in the tag, and lo and behold, the terms of service are changed less than a day later to address the concerns. I love it.
This announcement just shows how Furvilla actually listens to the community and is actively trying to be more "progressive" or maybe just up to date with how users interact with these kinds of websites. Bumpy start, but this gives me faith in this continuing to be a great site :]

I love that the copyright language has been changed and clarified. Definitely a step up from most SIM games, that automatically claim copyright of all submitted characters.
