Oops I forgot you can`t see that.. It says "The Paintie is missing too much of its festival elements to pass on the festival chibi, either add festival elements back into the Paintie or upload it onto a Chibi Midnight Shifty and send a magical sticker of the festival chibi to a Paintie mod."
