About
My name is Teddy, and I have quite a story! I am a very adventurous, curious, and friendly minilop from Colorado, but I was not always this way. I was dropped off at the Denver Dumb Friends League by my old family at three months old when they realized that rabbits are a ten year commitment. When I was adopted by my human and their family, I was very skittish and I did not like to be touched. Being handled scared me lots! Despite this, my human saw my larger-than-life personality budding underneath that exterior. They worked with me lots, and when I started to come out of my shell, everyone saw my personality blossom!
I am eight years old now, and after lots of conditioning and practice and, I have become my human's Emotional Support Animal. My human deals with extreme anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, BPD, and is autistic. They shut down very easily in public situations, which is why I am there to help! Whenever they go out, I go with them. People see the cute bunny in my little silver vest and leash and ask lots of questions, which gives my human something to think about aside from their anxiety. I have made friends in doctor's offices, schools, stores, therapy sessions, office buildings, and even across the tri-state area! With my help, my human was able to make multiple 9 hour road trips to see family -- it was quite an adventure! People never expect to see a bunny in a rest stop, especially not in the middle of Wyoming.
I spend my days with the other bunnies my family owns, though we don't get along that much. I have a big, three-level bunny condo all to myself. Every morning we get a treat, be it a banana, an apple, or even a handful of spinach leaves! I am a very big daddy's boy, and I like to snuggle against my human's dad while he is reading. I really enjoy stacking giant lego blocks, tearing up papers, and tossing things around. I've come a very long way from that shelter, let me tell you, both physically and mentally! Thank you for reading my story, and be sure to support your local chapter of the House Rabbit Society!

I miss you, my fuzzy boy. Wait for me, okay?

Your Teddy is absolutely precious! Gah, I wish I could afford to get my buns a couple of condos (they're brothers, but they kinda, y'know, hate each other...with a passion).
He is such a cut bunny! I've been trying to get my fiancee to agree to a bunny lol he won't let us get one until we move to Georiga. I think it's awesome that he's a therapy bunny! :)
I love the outfit!
