It is unknown just how long the doctor has been in work for but it is suspected from the smell of posies that seeps through his feathers than it is from much longer than many have ever lived. Likes to believe and tell his patients that he is from a different world/realm. The realm of dreams where the only true illness is our own physical body. He's mostly a psychiatrist but does make medicine. Try them at your own risk.

He always speaks in a raspy, whisper like voice with a somewhat british accent but mostly one foreign to this world. Always calls his patients victims. Don't let that scare you however.

Heads up. He gave himself the title. He is NOT a certified doctor. Seek help at your own risk!
