Doctor Fluff was once a respected man. Admired by many for his line of medical accomplishments and breakthroughs that would help in the aid of many illnesses. But what others did not realize was that there was a hidden motivation of a darker sight. A silent and horrifying mind that was using these tests for a collection of his own hidden projects. Projects that many would not agree on since most of it laid by testing on living subjects.
For years his 'studies' remained secretive as he was careful about his methods. The public continued to adore him until tragedy had struck the doctor.
Having a test fail on one of his subjects, the abomination that was created as a result ended up ripping itself from its original host. Seeking new refuge within the doctor and breaking that barrier in his mind that could keep him composed and respectable out in public. Reducing him to a violent doctor that had no choice but to expose himself to the public for just walking out in daylight would have already revealed it all.
Despite his lost respect and adoration, Fluff still continues his tests on various captives he's managed to kidnap.
