So, this child, well, it's rather awkward. I funded this village a long time ago, but then I suddenly had to go away on urgent business. It was barely anything, so I assumed everybody would have moved on by the time I returned. It was two years later. Business took longer than expected.
When I returned, to my utter surprise, I found...this girl.
I will do my best to do right by her. She's been foraging on her own for two years so she can come off as a little bit strange! I'm not sure if she's..fully..her original species anymore. Girl seems to have a lung capacity exceeding any other mustelid I've seen. I've put resources into teaching her herbalism so she no longer needs to dumpster dive in order to eat, and try to keep her as..clean as I can under the circumstances.

She squinted her orange eyes at the approaching figure. They sparkled when she saw the things the mustelid had made. She trotted over, smiling a little. The Saggitari's eyes widened at the question(s) that the traveler had made.
"I am! I'm not too sure," she paused a moment, looking around with a paranoid look etched into her face, "what your Governess means by 'Great White', but it's safe to talk! Just keep warm or else you won't be able to~!" She finished, chuckling a little.
The Saggitari looked down at her hooves, head tilted to the side. She lowered herself and grabbed the flimsy, homemade vessel. Her nose wrinkled at the smell of the sea gas. She gently tugged the note out and did her best to read it. She smiled cheerfully, taking an instant liking to the mustelid. She decided to re-use the bottle, pulling out a slip of paper from her saddle.
"I can't throw very well, so my bottle wouldn't make it very far. I found your little balloon quite intriguing! I'd love to be your friend!"
She looked around and noticed a mountain bird of some breed and trotted over. Thankfully, it didn't fly away. She tied the bottle securely around the avian's ankle and boosted it in the direction of Oceandome.

"Yeah! We definitely should, what should they be though.." she looked over to where Blink was watching. "How about we base it on mayor Chester... or... a witch.. or even a vampire?"
She looks at Blink " good question... oh! Let's put it by the stage at that festival, it'll scare some people! Hopefully..." she waited for her response on the idea
She stops to think for a second "That's a great idea!" She grabs a couple of capsules lost in her fur, she holds them all in her four large paws "you're super creative"
