An artificial but, mostly organic being who loves to experience the world.
He was originally "built" as a machine learning experiment designed to run on a small, low powered computer, but he got smart enough to feel bad about not having a body. His AI was eventually repurposed to inhabit another experiment, an entirely synthetic, but largely organic machine body.
His personality is built on a mix of cervine and canine brain scans, and his body is primarily based on cervine anatomy. Many of his parts are removable or interchangeable though - so he may choose a bigger and stronger tail for better balance some days, and usually chooses to leave his "antlers" at home.
He uses he/him/his pronouns, but does not really identify as male. This is because though his ai personality is based mostly on data from males, it comes from many sources and he's often not sure what he feels like. He is comfortable with these pronouns because they are familiar.
He has very bad depth perception because no stereo vision. Sees through a single powerful image sensor inside clear "nose." If you watch closely you may see a magenta-red focus assist light when he's having trouble telling how far away something is.
All of his lighter colored skin areas are able to function like a very low definition, monochrome e paper display. He rarely uses this ability, but may attempt to blend in with his surroundings when embarrassed or scared. This is intended to let him simulate different textures on his body visually, and to draw expressions, but he doesn't like how any of that looks very much.
The darker colored skin areas are a significantly softer, more flexible material.
