Cici was a cute little lab rat til Dr.Barnes stuck her with a needle and dropped her in radioactive goo, well she always says he was looking to find a cure for cancer. No one but Arte knows the truth, but Cici has always dreamed of being a cookie she could never decide which one though her friend Specter a novice of the dark arts is searching for a magic spell called "Pain tea" but he's not sure where to find it and he's worried it might change her personality.

“The Pain Tea worked I succeeded and Specters research paid off. I am finally able to become a cookie, looks like radiation wasn’t eliminated though. I guess I’m just a radioactive cookie now.”
