As you strolled through the village, you noticed a fairly new looking house- you must've missed this house last time you visited, or had someone moved in?
You go to the back yard, where you find a ligeress sitting on a table on the patio, carving something into dark ebony. She looks up and grins at you

Name's Houzi! I'm not actually from here. Yoosey practically begged me to come here so he wouldn't get too lonely. So far I like Olde Foxbury! I do wonder why he has to be here, though. Normally he either stays home or visits me in Menkoane.
Hmmm....? Oh, no, that's not actually his name. I think a Fae took his name...? But yeah, most people call him Nightly. I get to call him Yoosey., but that's probably just because he's my fiancée. You didn't hear that from me, though. :)
Yoosey's sister is pretty chill too, I guess, but I hardly ever see her. Saw her once not too long after I met Yoosey. She's a bit odd but fun. I don't really visit Sallentine that often and I definitely don't have much business with her anyway.
Avilion's alright too~ A little hotheaded but hey, he's not my problem so who cares? As long as I don't make the mistake of dueling him again we'll be good.
Mmmm... Yeah, I used to have an old buddy- Geode, I think- they were nice. I must've been one of the only 'demons' back home that had a gender, but then, I don't think I was born in Menkoane. But it got tiring having to explain all the time to people. But Geode- they were a solid friend. Never had problems from them. I was probably the only person they didn't ore-lock out of their town, ha!
I-Imber?? Oh boy. I've only run across her a few times, but something about her unsettles me. She does her business for some Scribe. I help and do what she asks, and that's it. I respect the neko but I prefer not to be around people that freak me out.
Oh! Speaking of freaking out, I was supposed to go meet up with Yoosey like an hour ago! I'm sorry, I'd better go before he gets upset. D:
Houzi jumps down off of the table, leaving her carving knife and the block of wood on the table as she dashes off around the house. You pick up the carving. It looked like a rose, sort of, but then again it wasn't finished.
Since this wasn't your house and you didn't want to steal Houzi's hard work, you left the carving and knife on the patio table and wandered off to another place.
