Skull looks stunning!

Skull's very special treasure!

Skull is a quiet being, often keeping to himself. He's the only one in the group who Flare doesn't talk to often. He almost is never crafting and tries to busy himself in reading, drawing, and other things but his large claws make just that difficult so often he just stares off into space and makes Roar write his stories. Much like Lantern, he was supposed to only be staying for a short amount of time but hasn't yet left after months.
Skull scrapped his claws against a boulder, sending it tumbling down behind him. The creature behind him let out a loud hiss and the boulder hit the creature, sending it tumbling down with the oversized rock. Skull found the time to run. He could see his destination. He just needed to get there in one piece! He ran, clumsily tripping over his large feet in doing so. As soon as he reached the top of the rocky hill, he slipped at fell forward. Instinctively, he curled up into a ball and waited until he hit the bottom before unwrapping himself. As soon as he opened his eyes he saw the creature bounding down the hill toward him. It's black slimy skin shone in the daylight and it's empty white eyes flashed. Skull jumped to hit feet as quickly as possible and booked it. His heart pounded in his chest.
Skull eventually slowed at the gates of Quetzal Palace. They were closed so he began to climb. His feet slipped may times but his claws were able to help keep him in place. He jumped over as soon as he reached the top. He looked back and the creature was gone. Skull let out a shaky breath then continued on his way. Every little sound made him speed up a little more. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a manokit, rushing through the empty street but she was moving like the street was crowded with people. Skull narrowed his eyes. Was she a Spirit Guide? Spirit Guide were people who helped guide spirts to the underworld. He walked over and tapped her on the shoulder. The manokit yelped and whirled around and she relaxed a little when she seemed to realize that Skull was a living being.
"S-sorry s-sir, do you need something?" the manokit asked. Skull nodded.
"Yes.. just a place to stay. I am afraid I need shelter for my home is no longer safe for me. Please let me stay with you, just for awhile?" Skull asked, tilting his head. The manokit paused then nodded slowly.
"Yes... yes come along. I can get you your room and you can make it your own. Stay as long as you want," Ocean said, turning and making her way down the street, still moving as if she were in a crowded space but eventually it evened out and she visibly seemed more comfortable. She showed him a medium sized house and smiled.
"I live here," she said happily. Skull smiled.
"Thank you," he said. The manokit just nodded and hurried inside. As Skull stepped inside however, he risked a glance over his shoulder and he swore he saw the creature glaring at him from the shadows of a nearby alleyway....
