It always seems like he's searching for something, listless and all over the place. He tends to snap at others if interrupted, and he'll usually dart off at the most random of moments.

It's been rumored that a young prince by the name of Rose Bason knows of who or what Botan is looking for. Nobody is truly certain as to if Rose can be believed or trusted, but so far he's one of the few people Botan has seemed to trust in any sense.

He has what's known as Wilt, due to the flowers growing from his body. It causes him to occasionally vomit strange black goop, but other that that it doesn't really cause much issue. It still spooks people though.
