Currently the being currently known as Dr. Owlcureyou has very little known about this enigmatic entity. It is known that his home/BOO (base of operation) is an old battle-worn tree that lies on the grounds of Dragonsmaw Manor.
It is currently known that he cultivates all the seeds he gathers and that he has knowledge of crafting all sorts of concoctions from the plants he mysteriously grows somewhere within the tree. Some speculate that the tree itself has mystical properties and is a gateway/portal of a pocket dimension where Dr. Owlcureyou grows the plants he needs for the potions he creates... and that this herbal dimension is indeed farmed and foraged by any who possess the secret knowledge to use it's resources.
Dr. Owlcureyou himself seems to be very narrow-minded in his task however, deeming others only worthy of just enough of his time if they themselves act in the intrests of preserving 'his' tree... and most likely any and all potions anyone obtains from him come with a 'price' that will eventually be paid... even if that price is paid in procuring the ingredients one needs for whatever potion they desire.
'Unclassified Documentation':
It is believed by some now that as an example of how 'darkly devoted' Dr. Owlcureyou uses his assistant Welowl B. Damned, who was once another horned owl as the subject of his herbal and botanical expiriments and has some sort of mind control over his helpless 'assistant'... and that the 100% potency is mainly due to Welowl.
Thus the sarcasticly sinister meanings every time Dr. Owlcureyou's steepled wingtips and menacing tone every time one of 'his' potions have their intended effects, saying: "Welowl B. Damned... It wooorked..." and Welowl's submissive side glance.
