Lynn's primary profession is a Doctor, he enjoys helping others and discovering new medicines. His curiosity also drove him to tamper a bit in alchemy. However, being curious of how his first alchemical potion turned out, he decided to test it on himself.
As it turned out, he'd made the potion incorrectly. It wasn't strong enough to complete the Wickerbeast transformation. His very uncomfortable transformation halted part ways in some areas, leaving him mostly wickerbeast but still snow gryphon in others.

Despite his odd appearance, he's very friendly and talkative and tends to draw others to him with his optimistic personality. He enjoys watching plants grow but has terrible luck actually trying to raise them.
However, also due to his incomplete state, his health is poor. He often finds himself in coughing fits and with a general lack of energy, not to mention occasional pains. Walking for extended amounts of time is painful as well. As such, he cannot go on the long excursions around Dragonsmaw looking for plants as much as he used to. Sometimes his failing condition gets him down, during these times he wanders off by himself for a while until he's able to snap back to his optimistic self. He dislikes anyone worrying about him.

He is the one who found Vane on the outskirts of the town and decided to bring him home to cure him. Lynn was met with resistance, but it eventually subsided and he treated Vane's wounds. However, he was unable to cure Vane's blood obsession but is still trying to concoct a potion strong enough to do it.
