Its got a half-stuffed appearance, its head lolls and flops like it's difficult to balance. Sometimes its hat falls off and it makes a great show of retrieving it.
Perks up if you say any two-syllable name that ends in a "y"; local residents have affectionately stuck with calling it "Flimsy". If it minds, you can't really tell.
Occasionally appears to have something extremely urgent to communicate. Sure loves attention for a critter that doesn't seem able to talk.
