Terms of Service Changes

We have altered our Terms of Service to clarify and address two points of concern raised to our support channels by players.
1) The Terms no longer forbid "exposed female nipples" and "exposed female breasts," but instead all exposed nipples and all exposed breasts.
2) Players hold the copyright to their user-submitted content (such as forum posts), and provide Furvilla with an industry-standard license to use that content to display it to other Furvilla players.
3) Furvilla owns the copyright to its bases, as well as all derivative works of them. However, players retain the copyright to their characters and designs.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope these changes address the concerns.
I have some things to say.
1) I wish that there were a way to search through all of the mini pets. As a member of the Animal Husbandry career, I want to know what animals I can find and breed.
2) I FINALLY got a brown griff to full domestication, and decided to see what all of the transferring around did. I wanted to move it back into my stable, but I never got it back. I KNOW that I didn't move it to the stalls to sell, so I don't know what's going on.
3) When are the forums coming back? Do you have a specific date?
4) FROGS
Something that's been bugging me since I got a warrior villager is that the chances of encountering an uncommon/mini boss or rare/boss enemies seems to be really high, at least for me. It's a bit annoying that roughly half the battles I fight I lose because I either have low health (which would be no problem with regular "grunt" enemies) or the enemy deals twice the damage I can deal.
tl;dr - I think the chance of encountering a uncommon/rare should lowered some (not a whole bunch, maybe ~10-15%?).
Of course this may just be a problem on my end, but even so it's still a bit frustrating.

Man, cant wait for the forums to be back up, so much interaction already even without it! Hoping there's gonna be Beta or Suggestion board of some kind, seems like a load of great ideas floating around so far.

Just an overall comment, but I saw you mention this earlier Howl.
Uncommon monsters do drop coins..it just seems to be their 'rare drop'. Or sun coins have a different drop pool which I'd accept.
