Terms of Service Changes

We have altered our Terms of Service to clarify and address two points of concern raised to our support channels by players.
1) The Terms no longer forbid "exposed female nipples" and "exposed female breasts," but instead all exposed nipples and all exposed breasts.
2) Players hold the copyright to their user-submitted content (such as forum posts), and provide Furvilla with an industry-standard license to use that content to display it to other Furvilla players.
3) Furvilla owns the copyright to its bases, as well as all derivative works of them. However, players retain the copyright to their characters and designs.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope these changes address the concerns.

I believe it's done via the Forum :) So once it's back up and running you can change it from there

It's very annoying and time consuming to swap active villagers around to apply a single item to them. Being able to choose a target villager from the item's pop-up would be better.
Also aggravating is going from Warrior to Blacksmith only to discover that I should have unequipped everything first. Now I have to sit trapped in a useless career for two hours so I can pull my equipment off and wait another two hours before I can spend ten minutes repairing it. Then I have to wait two hours AGAIN to go back to Warrior. The Career Guides are in serious need of more info.
GlitterFreeze When you get higher heart levels, they start bringing you FC after you play with them. I think mine started doing it around 20 hearts?
Dovah As long as the design is sufficiently detached from the copyrighted Changeling design, it should be okay, but that's up to the Paintie admins to decide. If your Paintie is rejected, you will be refunded the 100FD so it would be worth trying, since your character has an original design.
Kirami The Paintie admins try to get Painties reviewed within 24 hours - this may be faster depending on how large the queue is.
Question - does anyone know if raising the loyalty/heart level with a pet has any benefits?

Someone in a Furvilla club I'm in on another site said that a moderator told them it takes between 12 and 24 hours generally.
does it normally take 4-5hours+ for a paintie to get denied/accepted?
Ah, I forgot a question in my last post. I knew I had another one.
I have an Original Character based on Changelings from My Little Pony. She has unique features to set her apart from other Changelings. Am I allowed to make a Paintie based on her, or would her species, Changeling, be copyrighted?
