Come one, come all!
The Grande Tourney starts NOW and will run until 11:59pm on June 8th.
The Tourney's Prize Shoppe will open on Saturday, May 31st, and will close at 11:59pm on Sunday, June 15th.

At the end of the Festival, the village with the best performance will be crowned Grande Tourney Champion.
Festival Currency
Royal Coins are the official currency of the Tourney, and may be earned now through 11:59pm on June 8th.
Solid gold!
When the Tourney's Prize Shoppe opens, you will be able to trade in coins for points to purchase special prizes. You may convert your coins for prize points to spend this year, or save your coins for future years.
Ah, but a sampling of what will be available this year!
Once you convert your coins, you cannot get them back.
The Grande Tourney - PVP
For the duration of the Festival, results for PVP duels within the Standard and Free-for-All Tourneys will be combined.
In addition to the usual Valor Points, participating in PVP duels will also reward Royal Coins. A win rewards two Royal Coins, while a loss rewards one Royal Coin.
The Grande Melee Battleground
If PVP duels aren't your jam, you may spar in the Grande Melee. This battleground features warriors that you and your fellow players have submitted.
Naturally, many of these warriors are particularly fierce. But fret not, Mayor Minstrel's blacksmiths have forged a special set of weapons that will make even the most novice warrior competitive.
These weapons have been blessed with fox magic to help even a level 1 warrior put up a fair fight.
Grande Melee Chests can now be found on the main page of the event, go check it out!
This chest and the powerful weapons within will go dormant upon Festival conclusion, not activating again until next year.
Grande Melee Loot!
As in previous festivals, the Tourney's Prize shop will offer the chance to obtain previously released weapons through a special chest.
I'm available in the prize shoppe yearly!
Since the Tourney has had many weapons available, some weapons will be re-released not through the above chest, but through the Grande Melee Battleground. These include various Claws, Glaives, Mauls, Plate Armour and Tunics.

Until the end of the event, all battlegrounds will be giving double experience. This is a great time to train your warriors and make them the strongest they can be!

heheh Thankies again Furvilla fer once again hostin' such a tournament in the spirit of medieval times, ta cheer of victors an anytime any victory earned me coins as a part of the loot I'd exclaim 'Hezzaay!" an take a sip of my bevarage ta cheer the victory heh... so now ya know one'a ye ages old drinkin' games ;)
make sure to open your grand melee chests and use the gear inside to level up your warriors during the event!!! the warrior career here on Furvilla is like coliseum grinding on Flight Rising - it's the best way to make the most out of events! taking the time to level up a warrior to make the most of these events is just kinda common sense at this point!
the event gear in the grande melee chest is super powerful and makes training and breeze plus there's a big 100% increase on EXP gains (which you can buff further if you use the serpent's brews from the QP event)
also you don't need to pvp, there's a battleground with static versions of user's villagers to fight - and while a fair amount are high level, if you use the gear from the grand melee chest you should be able to win against a few of them once you have a warrior that's lvl 17 or so. i've got almost 100 coins and i've only done a few pvp battles myself (which i'm pretty sure gives you a coin even if you lose btw - idk if it's for every single loss or if there's just a drop chance if you lose)

So you HAVE to pvp in order to get the shop currency? This is getting ridiculous. I can't pvp. This is such an unfair and unbalanced event!
Yet another fun warrior-centric event.
Thank you to the three or so users who entered not-impossible opponents, so the rest of us could at least sort of participate.
