Oh god, I can relate to that...I have loads of old ones from 15 years ago, even, that REALLY need reworked...but...shiny new OCs to play with! All mine so far onsite are existing OCs, at least. So far...
Ohhh, little garden lizards! I used to love seeing those guys when I would visit family in the southern US! We don't really have them up north because it's cold, but I see turtles and frogs and stuff sometimes!
Yeah, the beasts are really intense, haha! Probably not my fave costume, but I've seen people rework them in nice ways! I've just taken on another paintie idea and added the corresponding villager, because I apparently hate myself. I think I have like...5 or 6 WIPs now...behhh. "why do something easy when you can make it extra hard!" INDEED!!!

Yep! They're all OCs, from a couple different projects :D Except Mango, that one's my IRL pet bearded dragon. I'm thinking of making him a new Paintie as a Shifty, one of those tiny painties. He's very small IRL!
Oooh, yeah, clothes felt a bit tricky the first time I tried, so I went without (on my bearded vulture). I've learned a bit more about style matching since, I might try clothes again... I can't wait to see yours! :D
