No, it's not just for privileged users, but it DOES take a potion to turn a normal villager into a Dutch Angel Dragon (my dergin was previously a cat.) It's a high-end alchemy recipe from Quetzal Palace, I could make you one if you'd be willing to supply the materials (or send you a recipe if you'd be willing to supply the cash! cause im pre sure when u get an alchemist they can learn it)

Aaaa thank you! A bit nervous because I'm flying up there without my family- but a couple of my friends are on the same flight as me so I don't really mind. I've been there once before when I was in 6th grade for a class trip, very nice! Where have you been around the world? :D
What a cutie ^-^ I don't have any old pictures of my cat at the momen, but she was a pretty old Siamese. I'm going to Québec in a couple of weeks for a French course to catch up with it. I've been practicing it since I started school but I'm not the best.
Dogs are so adorable, I love every single one of them. I've never owned one, I've only had a cat.
From what I know most of my family history is French. My French isn't the best but I always do try :P
