For aid in sleep and just general relaxation, I use these two audio apps: Water and Gong and it's sound effect based sibling, Ambience. The dev of the apps is great and to buy Premium on the Ambience app is under $2 but you don't have to make any purchases to run the app and use it. ^_^
For anger and aggression, I use the app called Cloth Simulation as you can shred fabrics til your heart's content.
Another calming app is Tap Tap Fish Abyssrium and Polyforge, which are both games with relaxing music.

I can't pull an all day sleep because of cosplay, sadly. I've found a few apps that at least lessen how rough it is if you have access to the Google Play Store.
