Villager: Nove

"Well, Erolias lied to you. Doesn't that make this your conflict?'

"Wishing for their downfall won't do anything. Calm yourself. The most you can do is stay away and pray Erolias comes to you when his people revolt. Then you can do something."

"He never seems it," she says, shaking her head. "He never seems evil when he speaks to outsiders. He wants to get as many people on his side as possible, so when his people rise up against him, he can have a place to flee to." She scowls. "He's done that before."

"Yes, I did just say tyrant," she says. "He and his 'beloved innocent sister' are tyrants. Evil royals. They take from their own people for their own merriment, no matter what that may be. They are evil."

Even though her face coudn't be seen, by the way she spoke, it was apparent she was scowling. "Erolias," she practically hissed. "How do you know that tyrant?"

Ten looked at him, really only being in town for supplies and the like, looked at Nove. "Did you need something, sir?" She doesn't look disturbed by his comment, but maybe that's because you can't see her face at all...

"She's so... happy. If only she knew how much others actually hated her..."

( btw if you ever want Nove to figure out how bad Erolias + his sister are, you should take him to my villager Ten. she'll go off on him about how terrible Erolias is )

"Most likely. But she doesn't pay attention to it. She's oblivious to it, actually."

The fox shakes his head. "I don't know... I really, really don't know..."

Erolias shrugs, well aware of exactly why his people hated him and his sister, but he felt it best to not expand on that to Nove. Better to have at least one ally, until someone else told him the truth that was. 'I've no idea either. Maybe they're just not fond of foxes."
