1.) He's a ham. xD He loves to show off and get attention.

Might have been the naturalize amulet then. I think you were healing 1k each turn some how which looks like the amulet can do when you have restore 1 or restore 2. All I saw was me doing the damage in the log but you healing way more then I was doing XD
No problem. You actually wound up healing way too much to damage on the last fight XD So far you have the only one that beat me today. Even beat hamlet a few times which usually never happens.
That is the way to look at it! I beat my head against Lucid many many times before i got to where i am now and i still do it! Fighting against people stronger than you is the best way to get better. Otherwise you never learn. Keep at it you are doing all the right things.
