About

Gwyney, the book loving penguin meowlt, was known as the cutest mascot of the Central Library in the city. Her job was to prevent mice from biting books and to kept loud, rude, noisy people out of her favorite library. She always had her job done perfectly, so she will have time to read all kinds of books.

But things didn't go well a few years ago... The city was hit by a tremendous winter storm. The storm lasted for months that made everything frozen. People started to abandon their homes and moved to the warmer south, this included leaving the library and all the book collections behind. Gwyney refused to leave with the others as the library is her only home. She can live through the cold, but not without her books.
She is the guardian of this hall of knowledge.

Slowly, the city gone empty. No one has visited the library since then ,cause the place was already frozen to the inside. Gwyney sometimes misses her friends, but luckily they will send her postcards once in a while.
