About
A more noble soul you'll never meet. Hailing from the small(ish) town of Foxbury, Gretel - or rather, Gret as he prefers to be called, has a hard time keeping himself warm. You can almost always find him hovering around the local tailor's shop - digging around for warmer fabrics to clothe himself in. Through an unfortunate accident, Gretel is stuck as a twelve year old dragon.... forever! He doesn't seem at all bothered by it - after all, there's still a lot of fun things to experience!
His friend Pudge, controls the weather!
Due to an accident in his youth, he has a hard time remembering things that have happened to him. So usually he'll have some sort of book around to jot important (even not-so-important) things in.

Acts like a cat when you put clothes on it and falls over.
Sounds like a Grimm power to me.
And well, it can be used for sewing for clothing that creatures of bigger stature need. There'd be no need for a needle this big to tailor Sebastian-sized garments, I assure you. But not every creature is the same size, so some adaptations were needed.
It's far less likely to poke eyes in the jaws compared to holding it. If need be to run anywhere, jaw transportation is much safer than running with it held. Steadier grip I guess?
That said it is an emergency weapon too, at that size.
