Hi all!

Just quickly stopping by to let you know about a few new additions.

Currently we have the new sparring grounds, where you can face off against special NPCs, some of which drop their own personalised equipment! This is available to all warriors above level 10.

Additionally, there's the Novice Sparring Grounds for lower leveled warriors, which can be accessed at level 1. The opponents here are easier to defeat, but will only drop tokens and food.

These challengers will only be hanging around until July 18, 11:59 PM Furvilla time
They will likely make a return in the future, though!

Additionally, Quetzal Palace has a new explorer event (thanks to MOD-Thaleia!) This event is primarily a source of warrior crafting materials, and shares its occurrence chance with the old event.

Finally, I'd like to open a discussion on upgrading items here!

    • Trying it out, the items are really nice and although they can't be damaged out with ordinary weapons, the npcs all seem fairly unique and out discussing builds and elemental weapons helped a ton! Just a shame i figured it out on the last day, but i've started into the final rounds and counting exp wise i think i've defeated about 140 enemies so far with about a 50-70% winrate now! Except, the drops seem pretty rare, i know a lot of people who have been farming and haven't seen a single item drop, and most of the people i know who got items actually said they've been having to guzzle warrior elixirs by the HUNDREDS out into the 700 range and still haven't seen some items! Is there any way the event could be extended? i know you talked a bit about returning the event, what time did you say that it'd be? ^_^

Still thanks for developing the content, it is nice to keep people busy. But i must admit, maybe a few affordable weapon and armor choices is fun too, im using a 'welfare' setup but it still set me back 300k so far versus some of the time tier items that cost like 600k plus for a single healing scythe/light mace or staves/wands and a cheaper ruby ring vs the Opal but it's made a difference! STill though, i kinda like the unconventional 'puzzle' miniboss style fights over a 20 generic enemy swarm. Perhaps migration could be adjusted a little so they could still be decently harmed, as elemental weapons are often hard to come by and make the event more accessible!

    • You should get XP from battles that require 2 combat charges.

    • This is another badly balanced event. It was good that a mid-range sparring grounds was added, but the rewards for it aren't as good as the novice sparring grounds. Higher levels of battling should drop better prizes, not lesser prizes. as for the highest level sparring grounds, the opponents are almost impossible to beat. A game should only be difficult enough to be enjoyable and challenging, not a frustrating situation where a player gives up and goes somewhere else to have fun.

    • too hard :(

    • Thanks that person who add the new area.

    • The first rule of fight club, is don't talk about fight club.

    • Also wanted to say Thank you!!! to Mod @Thaleia for the new QP explorer event!!! I haven't encountered it yet, but thank you for spicing things up c=

    • I've never gotten involved with the warrior/battle aspect of FV, but thank you for putting this together! c= at least it gives the players something extra to play with.

    • What can I use tokens for? :0

    • I just took my level 20 warrior into the 10+ Sparring Grounds, using Light Serpent Scalemail, Intricate Sash, Feathered Dagger and Gold Tournament Lance, and couldn't even scratch the opponents before they pasted me. Balance, please!
