The Frost Ring

Hi all!
Just letting you know that there's two new battlegrounds:
The Training Dummy - A new battleground with a single opponent with no abilities or defensive stats and a bunch of health. Use it to test out new strategies!
The Frost Ring - A new high-end battleground with over-tuned monsters and rare loot. Common drops include slabs, soup and steel.
Please note that lower tier battlegrounds will be ready soon! I usually make the most difficult battleground first.
The Training Dummy ground will always be available. The frost ring will retire with its lower level counterparts, and a date will be announced when they're ready to go.
I've been trying to defeat the Training Dummy.... several hundred turns later, 1743615/2000000 health left. ;n;
Oh, and my turn count reset for some reason. XD

Can someone tell me how to get to these? I am noob. >0<
Are the lower tier fields going to be less... Impossible? All I know is I clearly haven't figured out the clue to the hit-by-hit guys like the training dummy, and all my warriors are getting pulverized, including my lvl 20s. Hate to come in with this type of stuff immediately but I hope it'll be revised soon / this information is at least helpful!
