It's a bit sad to say, but we've had an influx of multi-accounters lately; people have intentionally been exploiting the mass award system to gain multiple copies of various items. This sort of behaviour is extremely unfair on those who play legitimately.
Previously we updated the rules to state that multi-accounters will have all their currency wiped. People have claimed this is unfair - and while I agree to some extent that losing all your progress is unfair, cheating & exploiting the economy is a serious offense, and there's no simple way to go through and decide what items are legitimate due to the extensive amount of trading players do.
To that end, I'd like to remind people to stop multi-accounting. If you are multi-accounting currently, please send a report - you won't receive an infraction, and we'll manually track down and remove items where appropriate. This amnesty period only applies through to Jan 1.
To reinforce the message:
If you do not come forward with a report, when you are caught multi-accounting all items and currency will be removed from your account. You will not be able to appeal this.
My little sibling miss_mailman and I live in the same house. she dosen't go on as often as i do but we share the same IP. just letting you know! Mail me if thats a problem or if i need to add something to my desc about this!
If shared IP is a problem, Snekk's partner Swampkeeper and he share a location and have done so for quite some time. We trade with each other more often than others. Snekk will add in something to his description for it.
Me and my datemate ( Freloid ) sometimes share an ip as we know each other in real life and he visits me a lot so hopefully that's okay!!
I don't know if a constant IP change count as a suspicious activity, but I use VPNs ofteen to change my location cause I live in a country where the internet is very restricted, I can't see most news pages.

She doesn't play much anymore, but she did give me some stuff when I first started. Like wood and some seeds. And since I wasn't old enough to have a paypal, she lets me use hers.
We keep our normal currency to ourselves and we haven't traded items in a long time

to everyone who lives in the same house as other people who play the game: say so in your bio. say “i live with @ xxx, who also plays the game; i don’t have two accounts.” that’s all you gotta do.
Well, when accounts share the IP, they don't have to be multis as seen below (families, friends, etc). But one can see when multis are working: some accounts gaming without benefit, giving all achieved to one (the multi's main) account. This can be FD, FC and/or valuable items. Here we have a history of contracts and sent items. All together reveals (in most cases) the multis. So when there are more than one account with the same ip with the recently described behaviour they're at 90-95% multis. Not reporting (and maybe explainig) should result in freeing the enslaved furvillains and removing the slavemaster from this world ( account-deletion and maybe the furvillains for a period of time as wanderers to adopt^^ )! Just my opinion :P
i share my ip address with my three roommates who play, and i hope me being the only active one isnt going to adversely affect me orz
... Why not just delete the accounts and IP ban? They are breaking the rules and hurting the economy of the game. It is extremely fair to delete everything from those profiles, what isn't fair is the cheater's given leeway. I live alone so I know no one shares my IP less they are leeching my internet. Better fricking not be. <.<
