Hey everyone!
It's a bit sad to say, but we've had an influx of multi-accounters lately; people have intentionally been exploiting the mass award system to gain multiple copies of various items. This sort of behaviour is extremely unfair on those who play legitimately.
Previously we updated the rules to state that multi-accounters will have all their currency wiped. People have claimed this is unfair - and while I agree to some extent that losing all your progress is unfair, cheating & exploiting the economy is a serious offense, and there's no simple way to go through and decide what items are legitimate due to the extensive amount of trading players do.
To that end, I'd like to remind people to stop multi-accounting. If you are multi-accounting currently, please send a report - you won't receive an infraction, and we'll manually track down and remove items where appropriate. This amnesty period only applies through to Jan 1.
To reinforce the message:
If you do not come forward with a report, when you are caught multi-accounting all items and currency will be removed from your account. You will not be able to appeal this.
Does this mean there aren't actually more than 200 users online? :(

(Also I am curious... could I find out if anyone sharing my ip? My brother wants to know where all these friends come from eek)
It's a shame that people would do this, but it tends to happen in many games. Keep at it and hopefully people will get the hint to not do such.
Sucks that people would exploit the game like this. I think y'all are treating this issue fairly though.
Thank you for addressing this. Just don't ban people if they share the same address, people could have siblings/family members who play too.
You'd think one account would be enough for people ._. I've only got one account, and I feel I've been doing pretty well so far. Cheating is just lame, man.
I seriously can't believe anyone could cheat and then complain that they we're treated "unfairly". The punishment sees relatively lenient when compared to any other website where you'd have your account instantly banned. Hopefully you guys can crack down on the problem!
I have been able to make it just fine with my single account thanks to trading with other users and the MP. There are plenty of resources if you just get out there and help each other out! Keep up the awesome work guys!

i can't stand it when people do this just to get ahead in the game. there's more than enough resources to go around if you just play fairly!
finally someone addressed this and tbh the multi-accounters who aren't honest deserve this
