If it starts bothering you, i'm pretty sure if you have Adblock on chrome that you can adblock certain images by right clicking on them :) As much as I love the gif personally I know it might get annoying to some people xD

Maybe because people use water colors on their own and recognize the pattern? x)
I actually thought it's digital with a texture so that it looks like water colors, hahah. XD I just assumed no one would really draw it traditionally and then edit it so well (and by edit I mean scanning it and make it transparent and stuff). It's really well done!!

Keep complaining! Milagros was rejected 3 times and sat for well over 24 hours the last time, while a similar Paintie was approved after a long wait but no rejections on its first try, and we all agree it's silly. We're all in this together, you can find lots of us with the same problem! I didn't wind up making any changes to her because she broke no rules.
That being said, try to remain civil as much as possible! I know I got kinda snippy with the mods myself and I'm sure it's no fun for them right now either.
