Lycanthropy. Changes into a beastly monster after exposure to moonlight or especially frustrating board games. Howling at the moon relieves the symptoms for a little while, but use a Golden Apple for best results.

I also have my cook making serpent cakes to farm those up for next month. Also a great time to train your other warriors up with the double exp from this festival. I have one I am getting up to 20 to be another deadlier monsters farmer. The more warrior you get the more coins you can earn and the easier it is to buy sacks of secret ingredient to increase item sockets :)
Same since I used the one from last year on my Qurious blade. Also noticed the battle grounds are good for farming equipment to scrap as well as food to go towards next months feast.
Whether you win or lose you always get that guaranteed coin also best way to farm currency for those 1000+ coin items.

Even with the 35% damage reduction your villager hits like a truck. Reminds me a lot of Mosiacs build.
