i honestly just need to start getting back into shape. o 3o its probably because of my weight i mean if im not having an asthma attack but im having shortness of breath my weight is probably causing overall wheezing. I'm a walker, but i only lose weight when i am doing extensive cardio. its just been soo hard to commit to that shit :c
