I remember one time, in 7th grade I believe, I was wearing just my sweatshirt in 18°F (which is -7°C) weather. It was the beginning of winter, I think.
And, I’ve lived in this weather for my entire life, so I’m bound to be more resistant to it (there’s also the fact that I actually like the cold). I’m sure if you wanted to be resistant to cold, you could either move to the Midwest, or Russia. After a few years, I’m sure you’d be good

Sleet sucks and is terrible to walk through and to look at because most of the time, the sleet is on the road and it’s brownish-grey, and it gets on your pants and makes them wet and cold, and it’s gross and terrible and not a good time

You should’ve seen last year
That was a lot of snow
And, it’s predicted to get to -22 tonight (every time you take a breath near that temperature (like, -15), the hairs in your nose freeze, depending on how hard you inhale. It’d be even worse tonight)
And, if I remember correctly, the Netherlands is near the ocean, so it won’t get as cold as where I live (literally in the middle of the continent) because the ocean will help keep the place warmer.
