Hey, just wanted to clarify if Alicorn's 80% reduction has changed to work even if you don’t go first, as I am having significant issues doing damage to someone when I am going first, but somehow Alicorn's reduction effects apply first.

I like permacleanse a lot! It was super useful when peach's poison was more common and it's still useful now that people use status effects like sunder and tricks of the trade
